TPU Foam

Technical overview

TPU is a material with a narrow range for processing, especially after the foaming process, it becomes even stickier to handle.

By adding a foaming agent to TPU, the required TPU foam is produced with the flat film extrusion machine.

This technique can solve other related technical difficulties.

Shoe fabrics, electronic packaging shockproof materials, packaging materials, life jackets, medical beds, rubber boats, sports protective gear, skiing, grass skiing, surfing, diving and other sports goods, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, sofas, seat leather etc
