Technical overview

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a component of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) with viscous and elastic properties which gives rise to problems such as the film sticking together and shrinkage during molding, therefore making it unsmooth when it’s rolled. Our processing technology can solve these problems. 

Applications

Cloth fitting, condoms, surgical gloves, blood bags, water bags, oil bags, protective film for industrial use, air cushions, raincoats, elastic bands etc.

l   Moisture permeability can be controlled

l   Wear and tear resistant, great flexural strength and tensile strength, resistant to low temperature (-50℃), low long-term compression rate of deformation, oil resistant, resistant to aliphatic solvents, resistant to hydrocarbon solvents, contains anti-aging properties
